Viral Videos

Videos become popular or viral because they are cute, funny, show talent, or are just outrageous.  You cannot help but watch them, right?  These viral videos are something we can all relate to.  You have probably all seen the OK Go music videos.  If you have not, you can find one of their music videos here.  What do you think makes this group so popular?  What made their videos go viral?  It could have been their music.  They are very talented musicians and have a really cool sound.  Their videos could be viral because they are original.  No one else does the things they do.  Maybe their videos went viral because they are shot in only one take.  It may be the crazy things they can do within those single-take videos.  It would be so hard to lip-sync backwards and time it perfectly with the music.  Obviously, all of these things put together could have made OK Go music videos so popular.  They are spectacular!  

Where can we find viral videos?  Videos goes viral through social media platforms.  They are shared by enough people that it gets around.  Eventually you will see it because everyone reposts the videos, therefore, making them viral.  I found a website that keeps and posts all viral videos.  They keep all the videos up to date so if a new video comes out you can watch it.  I love that they update it daily because the videos that are popular are always changing.  There are always going to be new ones.  The website can be found here.  The internet moves so quickly and for people who like to be in-the-know with what is popular, this is the perfect website for you.  Another part of the website I love is the way it is organized.  You can choose to sort the videos by popularity, date, or title.  That makes finding a video so easy.  This is where I find the videos I want to show my friends.  It's very convenient.  

Viral videos are a huge part of our entertainment now.  It's what people strive for with their own social media accounts.  Everyone wants to post a video or picture and have go viral or get popular.  Your best bet in having it go viral is to post a picture that is cute, funny, shows extreme talent or is outrageous.  You have to really "wow" your followers and the rest of the public.  Try it!
